Materializer

Welcome to Materializer, a short puzzle/trial and error game where you are a test subject for a classified laboratory, one day your containment capsule was broken so it's the perfect chance to escape! navigate your way around the lab while avoiding the security drones and use your ability to materialize into anything u get near to pass obstacles!

Controls:

Move - W, A, S, D

Interact/Dash - Space

if a level seems impossible, trust me it's not you just haven't found the solution yet.

have fun... or not.

the game gets kinda hard on later levels.

not sure if putting this here is fine since i literally don't know anything about this yet but uh
this is my first ever unity game ever completed and released! :D
i know its not that good but im still proud of it, i just made it for fun anyway
maybe i can remake it in the future when i get better
i'm probably gonna try to make a 3d game next since i'm learning blender a bit
actually i started making this months ago but i was procrastinating alot
some of the pixel art were drawn months apart like the wood crate which was the first thing i drew for the game i think, and i'm too lazy to change it so its just gonna stay like that
i'm a solo developer, everything in the game is by me
i did all the pixel art in pixelorama, shader tool my beloved
all the sounds i used are copyright free, some were also made by me in audacity or random websites
the music also made by me, i made it in fl studio/bandlab, i started at bandlab but i switched after a while
actually it's my first time ever trying to make music too! no experience at all
making music is way harder than i thought... maybe even harder than everything else i did
i watched many tutorials and tried doing it alot but i'm still pretty bad at it
if you think the music is bad i get it i don't like it that much either, just turn it off in settings
ok i think i made this message too long, i'll stop now, thanks for reading :)
type 'godmode' for infinite health and 'debug' to unlock all levels if you want to cheat (both have to be typed in the main game not the menu)
also yes i know that's not the right use of the word materialize, i don't really care
